Signed by three Judges.
Photograph inscribed and signed: "For Albert Wilkerson/with Best wishes/Tom C. Clark", "Felix Frankfurter" and "Harold R. Medina". B/w, 8x10 overall, image 7x7½ (one surface). Pencilled notes on verso indicate that this photograph was signed in 1957. Charles E. Whittaker was named an Associate Justice in that year. HAROLD R. MEDINA (1888-1990) was Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (1947-1951) and Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals of the 2nd Circuit (1951-1958). TOM C. CLARK (1899-1977) was Associate Justice of the Supreme Court from 1949-1967. FELIX FRANKFURTER (1882-1965) was Associate Justice of the Supreme Court from 1939-1962. Medina's signature is light. Lightly rippled. Creased, those on image are not visible head on, some creases at lower right corner touch "f" in "Frankfurter" and "k" in Clark. Overall, fine condition.
