Tobias of New York as an Alternate Representative of the U.S.A. to the Sixth Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations. Images of a February 23, 1952 letter from Tobias to President Truman thanking him for letting him serve at the U.N. and Truman's February 27, 1952 reply can be viewed at http://www.trumanlibrary.org/whistlestop/study_collections/un/large/un_personnel/un_personnel29-1.htm. Lightly creased. Soiled and stained at blank areas. Overall, fine condition.
