HERBERT HOOVER. Large Photograph inscribed
and signed: "To T A Hull/With Kind Regards of/Herbert Hoover". B/w, 10x13
overall, image 7¼x9½ (one surface). Circa 1925-1927. A vintage,
pre-presidential photograph of Hoover as Coolidge's Secretary of Commerce
(1921-1928). Hoover's shirt features a rounded collar; he did not begin wearing
pointed collars until 1929. 2½-inch horizontal crease at lower right margin.
Lower right corner creased. Fine condition.
