1957 BOSTON RED SOX. Baseball signed: "Ted Williams" and "Pinky Higgins" on the sweet-spot, also signed by Frank Malzone, Gene Stephens, Gene Mauch, Dave Sisler, Dean Stone, Billy Consolo, Mickey Vernon, George Susce, Jimmy Piersall, Mel Parnel, Billy Goodman, Billy Klaus, Sammy White, Tom Brewer, Tom Brewer, Dick Gernet, Jackie Jensen, Ted Lepcio, Rudy Anthony, Buster Minarcin, Willard Nixon, Ike Delock, Bob Porterfield, Pete Daley, Norm Zauchin, and Bob Chakales. The 1957 Red Sox finished in third place, 16 games behind the Yankees. They were led by 39-year-old Ted Williams who led the league hitting .388 and hit 38 home runs. Lightly soiled but in good condition, overall strong signatures.
