Photograph inscribed and signed: "To Alan/Best Wishes,/Billy Carter/1978". B/w, 8x10. Publicity photograph issued by Top Billing, Inc., Talent Management/Booking, Nashville, Tennessee. Signed while his brother was President. Billy Carter (1937-1988), exploiting his relationship to the President, touted the fine qualities of Billy Beer. His smiling face appeared on the 12-pack carton, which was printed "It's the best beer I've ever tasted. And I've tasted a lot" on the front and "Brewed expressly for and with the personal approval of one of America's all-time great beer drinkers - Billy Carter" on the back. Lightly creased. 3 file nicks at blank left margin.
