THREE PRESIDENTS and FIVE FIRST LADIES
Six have written their date of birth.
Philatelic Envelope signed: "Mary Lord Harrison/February 6th 1943", "Mrs. Harry S. Truman Feby 13-1885", "Mrs. John F. Kennedy/July 28 1929", "Mrs. Lyndon B. Johnson/December 22, 1912", "Richard Nixon 1-9-13", "Gerald R. Ford/7-14-13", "Betty B. Ford/4-8-18" and "Jimmy Carter", 6½x3½, picturing the Western Hemisphere in color. Also bears an autopen "Gerald R. Ford" signature. Three U.S. stamps from the 1938 Presidential series have been affixed at lower left: 1-cent Washington, 4½-cent White House and 16-cent Lincoln. MRS. BENJAMIN HARRISON (born April 30, 1858) dated her signature the day she signed it; CARTER's signature is not dated. First Ladies BESS TRUMAN, JACKIE KENNEDY, LADY BIRD JOHNSON and BETTY FORD and Presidents NIXON and FORD have added their birth dates to their signatures. Slightly soiled. Fine condition.
