Composed the score of Love Story.
Photograph signed: "Amicalement/Fran.Lai" in French. B/w, 4x6. The greeting translates as: "In a friendly way". Lai won the 1970 Academy Award for Best Score Love Story, the only Oscar won by the film nominated for seven Academy Awards. His scores of movie themes also include A Man and a Woman, the 1966 Academy Award winner for Best Foreign Language film. Fine condition.
