The Republican Party leader sends his autograph.
ALS: "George Bush" as Chairman of the Republican National Committee, 1p, 6¼x4¼. Washington, D.C., 1974 January 11. To Mr. Buchanan. In full: "Here are the covers + a signed picture." On his personal card as Chairman of the Republican National Committee. Covers and signed photograph not present. As head of the RNC from 1973-1974, the future 41st U.S. President suggested that President Richard Nixon resign over the Watergate scandals. Mounting remnant on verso lightly shows through to salutation. Fine condition.
