HERBERT HOOVER
President, 1929-1933.
Signature: "Herbert Hoover", 3½x2 card. Imprinted: "Stanford University, California". Herbert Hoover received a B.A. degree from Stanford University in 1895. That is where he met his future wife, whom he married in 1899. After leaving the White House in 1933, the Hoovers moved to Palo Alto, California, near the Stanford University campus. Light paper clip impression at upper left margin. Mounting remnant and pencil notes (unknown hand) on verso, no show through. Fine condition.
