Leopoulos, Maumelle, Arkansas. In full: "Happy Birthday! Hillary and I
hope that this special day is filled with all the joy and happiness you so
greatly deserve." He adds a handwritten postscript: "You look so young". Bill Clinton was only the third
Democratic President to win reelection in the 20th century; the other two were
Wilson and FDR. Fine condition.
