White House, Washington, 1934 February 7. To Mrs. Stanley W. Prenosil, 48
Wall Street, New York. In full: "Thank you so much for that fine
birthday telegram you sent me. I am indeed grateful for your kind thought. My
best wishes to all of you." President Roosevelt had celebrated his first
birthday in the White House on January 30, 1934; he turned 52. Light
vertical fold through the "Fr". Slightly soiled. Overall, fine
condition.
