Photograph signed: "Gerald R. Ford". Color, 8x10. Under provisions of the 25th Amendment, House Minority Leader Gerald R. Ford was appointed Vice President by President Nixon after Vice President Spiro T. Agnew resigned. Confirmed by both Houses of Congress, Ford was sworn in on December 6, 1973. When President Nixon resigned on August 9, 1974, Ford was sworn in as 38th U.S. President. Fine condition.
