Limited Edition Art Print signed: "Erni". Color, 8½x11. At the lower left, Erni has drawn a dove. In the bottom right corner, the print bears the embossed seals of both the World Federation of United Nations Associations and Seaboard Lithographers in New York, where the print was prepared. Fine condition. Accompanied by documentation regarding the print, signed: "Annabelle Wiener", 1p, 81/2x11. United Nations, New York, 1983 January 24. Print documentation for this limited edition art print to accompany the United Nations stamp issue "World Communications Year", numbered 789 of 1000. A biography of Erni is printed on the sheet. Fine condition. HANS ERNI is the most popular artist of his native Switzerland. He has created lithographs and etchings to illustrate more than 200 books, designed scenery and costumes for four operas, created medals for the Swiss Mint and designed more than 30 postage stamps for Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
