MALCOLM FORBES
Business publisher and noted collector.
Photograph signed: "Malcolm Forbes". Color, 8x10 overall, image 7½x8¼ (one surface). In 1957, Forbes inherited the business magazine founded by his father 40 years earlier. "Forbes" became one of America's most successful business magazines while he was Editor-in-Chief and Publisher. Its profits and circulation increased (to 735,000), especially after he created "The Rich List", an annual ranking of America's 400 wealthiest people.
