BUBBLE GUM: WALTER E. DIEMER. Souvenir Typescript signed:
"Walter E. Diemer", 3p, 8½x11, separate sheets. An
excerpt from The Great American Chewing Gum Book by Robert
Hendrickson about Diemer's 1928 invention of bubble gum. In part: "'I had it!' Diemer recalls...'We were blowing bubbles and dancing
all over the office!...The mix started popping and then I realized I'd forgotten
to put any coloring in the gum....'" Signed on last page. Diagonal fold
and staple holes at upper left corners, else fine condition.
