W. Bush", 78p, 8x10¼. The December 4, 2000 issue of "Newsweek" magazine
picturing Texas Governor Bush and Vice President Gore. Headline:
"537*/*after a disputed recount it's back to the Courts". After the disputed
recount, Bush led Gore by 537 votes in Florida. On December 13th, Bush declared
victory, a day after the Supreme Court ruled against Gore's call to recount
Florida's votes. Fine condition.
