B/w, 8½x11 overall, image 5x6 (one surface). Governor of Georgia (1971-1975),
Carter was President from 1977-1981, the only one-term Democratic President in
the 20th century. He was awarded the 2002 Nobel Peace Prize "for his
decades of untiring effort to find peaceful solutions to international
conflicts, to advance democracy and human rights, and to promote economic and
social development". Fine condition.
